His ride at the 1986 Motocross des Nations event in Italy is perhaps one of the best ever. Factory Mugen, Honda, Suzuki and Kawasaki rider. 1983 AMA 125cc Motocross Champion, 1984 250cc AMA Supercross Champion member of first U.S. Motocross des Nations winning team in 1981 and three other Motocross des Nations teams.
